This Co-Op offers exposure to: Contract Analysis Business Analytics Business Process Improvement Supply Chain / Logistics The Procurement Co-Op will develop negotiation skills through exposure to various types of contract types, including professional services, contingent resources, and event contracts. The Co-Op will support decisions that support compliance requirements, comply with corporate policies, follow guidelines, provide consistency, protect the firm, leverage vendor relations, and manage risk. The Co-Op will assist in historical contract review, analyzing, modeling and in conjunction with others in Procurement and Legal, work to improve the efficacy of various commercial contract terms and conditions. Responsibilities include contract review and negotiations, process control and contract execution, and process improvement and education. OUR PROGRAM OFFERS: Challenging and impactful work assignments Opportunities for mentorship and development Feedback on your performance throughout your co-op Opportunities to learn and network as a part of a high performing team Formal training programs, community service opportunities and social events in coordination with the firm’s summer internship program To be considered for this co-op, all students must meet the following criteria: Status: Full-time student entering their junior or senior year of college Minimum GPA: 3.20 OVERALL Major: Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering; Liberal Arts Majors with a demonstrated interest in business will also be considered Solid technical skills (specifically Excel), detail-oriented, analytical skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal), relationship building and consultative skills FINRA Requirements: FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
