We are seeking a Landscape Manager at $65K-80K starting annual salary to oversee designated assigned crews. If you have experience operating heavy equipment, strong communication skills, thorough attention to detail, a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, at least 5 years of work experience, a chauffeur’s license, the ability to drive and back up a truck and trailer, have great computer skills, and consider yourself a forward-thinker, joining TCLA may be the next great step in your career.
In this role, you will:

Accomplish a feeling of achievement as you oversee and direct landscape enhancement projects, explain blueprints to foremen and crew, and liaison between crew, foreman, customer, and sales manager.
Communicate efficiently as you train crew on construction projects, tools, and safety issues and meet daily with crews and foremen to check on the status of projects.
Utilize your excellent administrative skills to explain blueprints to foremen and crew, ensure proper usage of LMN, approve timesheets, with the ultimate goal of getting projects completed within budget and the project timeline.
Improve strength by regularly standing and lifting up to 50 pounds each day.
Exemplify your strong industry knowledge when providing employee training, mentoring, and coaching, attending regular production/operations meetings, and assisting with inventory of supplies and equipment.
Become an imperative part of daily project efficiency as you drive to sites and deliver supplies, assist with inventory of equipment, respond to irrigation quality control issues, and oversee bed maintenance departments.
