We’re looking for an A-Level Powersports Technician for our busy powersports dealership. While powersports experience is a plus, we value the mechanical know-how and problem-solving skills that mechanics from other fields can bring to our service department. Apply your expertise in diagnostics and maintenance, from experience in mechanic roles within automotive, outdoor power equipment, small engine, marine, and agriculture.
What We Offer:
- No flat rate work, competitive salary based on your transferable skills. Hourly wage starting at $25-30/hr. ($52K - $63K/year). Opportunity for Overtime. Exceptional candidates with extensive experience may be eligible for a higher wage, to be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification is a strong advantage.
- 5 years of experience working as a technician/mechanic, with a background in automotive, agriculture, outdoor power equipment, marine, small engine, etc.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and specialized repair tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, transferable to powersports.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
- Willingness to learn about powersports brands and models.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues in powersports vehicles.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections to identify and address potential problems.
- Utilize diagnostic tools, equipment, and technology to ensure precise and efficient repairs.
- Ensure that all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and Service Manager to optimize workflow.
- Offer expert recommendations regarding maintenance and performance enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest powersports technology and industry developments.
