We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Tru by Hilton Asheville Blue Ridge Parkway. The position requires weekend and holiday availability.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate information in the hotel system
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality management or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations

- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service best practices
