Fall Cohort 2021
TRU Community Care is recruiting for its fall 2021 new graduate nurse residency. This twelve-month evidenced-based residency includes clinical and classroom experiences. Clinical experiences are preceptor-guided in-home health, hospice, palliative care, and PACE speciality areas. Classroom-based training is done through a partnership with the University of Iowa School of Nursing. As a result, nurses can become experts in caring for patients in a wide variety of ambulatory care settings. Starting salary is $33/hr. with a six-month increase to $34/hr., And upon graduation, pay increases to $35/hr.
Qualifications
· Graduate of accredited AND or BSN nursing program
· Current Colorado RN license
