We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level In Store Lead Generator. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers about our special promotions & giveaways, gathering customer information, and generating sales leads for our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of survey responses and customer data.
• Identify potential sales leads through survey responses and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and maintain a coordinated approach.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to engage potential customers and build rapport.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is desirable, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in generating leads.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer availability.
