Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the marketing plan and strategy to increase the clients and maintain the census of Adult Medical Day Care. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing patient referral sources such as Physicians, Hospitals, Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, and other community resources. Coordinate with management on marketing strategies, and weekly reporting field activity. Meet with patients and/or family members to explain services and maintain positive.
The director of Marketing will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
· To manage the sales and lead generation effort in Adult Medical Day Care
· To Develop and implement a business plan and generate new partnerships and client leads within the community
· To begin the enrollment process for eligible members in the field
· Develop and Manage the intake process for prospective members
· Coordinate and work closely with Administrator, Director of Nursing, Activity Director and Director Social Worker.
· To build brand awareness of the company in the local communities
· Creating and maintaining a strategic client outreach plan and generating new partnerships and client leads within the community
· Builds relationships with the referral sources via presentations, face-to-face contacts, phone calls, meetings, etc. in an effort to increase revenue through direct referrals.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
