Customer Service Representative

Truck Country, one of the largest Freightliner dealerships in the Midwest, has an opening for a Service Administrator in Dubuque. Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, creating - monitoring - reviewing - filing repair orders, updating our business systems and providing excellent customer service. Must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and be able to relate to customers in a positive and professional manner. Previous auto or truck service experience and mechanical aptitude preferred but not required. We offer a competitive wage and benefit package.
