Qualifications for the position include prior experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, which is preferred but not required, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, a willingness to work in various weather conditions, and the physical capability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
