JOB DESCRIPTION: TruDesign is seeking an experienced, confident, organized, energetic, and self-motivated Business Operations Manager that has a positive attitude and the flexibility to handle everything from advanced administrative tasks to maintaining business operations and interacting with customers and vendors; everything that is needed to ensure the office and the people in it are running smoothly and efficiently.

TruDesign has a fun, yet professional work environment located in Lafayette, CO and offers a competitive compensation package for the right candidate. Some local driving is required; candidates should have a reliable car and are required to show proof of insurance and a valid CO driver’s license.
Compensation/Benefits: $75k - $85k Mileage. Full time: 36 hrs/week; M-Th: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Fri: 9:00am to 1:00pm 10 days PTO Eight Major Holidays that fall on a workday.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead weekly meetings and assign tasks in ClickUp.
- Maintain ClickUp.
- Detailed calendar management.
- Create proposals, invoices, and purchase orders for large projects.
- Maintain client files in ClickUp and Houzz/Ivy.
- Seek out and coordinate opportunities for press.
- Handle work-flow procedures and suggest improvements.
- Oversee accounting (in conjunction with remote accountant), bank processes and money handling.
- Monitor the financial data and recommend solutions to improve profitability.
- Create strategies and policies for company growth.
- Build and maintain business processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management related field not required, but a plus.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as an Operations Manager, in an interior design firm a plus.
- Experience with ClickUp or similar management software required (Airtable, Asana, etc.)
- Extremely high level of written and verbal communication skills required.
- Excellent organizational skills; action oriented.
- Able to work independently without direction.
- An appreciation for design.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience with Quickbooks a plus.
- Experience with Constant Contact, Houzz/Ivy, and Slack a plus.
- Bookkeeping skills and experience a plus.
- Willingness to handle responsibilities regardless how big or small.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize needs.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and regularly go up and down stairs with ease.
