TRUE AG & TURF IS HIRING AN ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER
Osmond, NE
Manager Benefits:
- Assistant service manager starting salary is $60,000 Per Year
- Company-provided mechanic uniforms
- Paid training is offered to mechanics with basic mechanical skills
- 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees only
- Benefits begin for employees on the 1st of the month
- 401k with up to a 5% match
- 3% Safe Harbor contribution to employee's 401k regardless of whether you contribute or not
- $50 cell phone reimbursement per management approval
- Temperature-controlled shop
- 120 hours of PTO at the start of employment with a max accrual of 240 hours
Manager Requirements:
- Proven skills in written and verbal communications, planning, organizing, leadership, and interpersonal relationships.
- Excellent customer service, time management, administrative, and management skills.
- Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports/data.
- Manage priorities. Assistant Service Manager must be a self-starter and able to work without supervision.
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft computer products or other comparable systems.
- Assistant Service Manager must be able to sit, stand and walk along with climbing stairs, reaching, pushing, pulling, leaning, and twisting.
