We are looking for an energetic, ready-to-learn, organized, and independent Administrative Assistant to work with True Anomaly’s COO on day-to-day operations and administration. We need your help to support a team of experienced operators, extraordinary engineers, and breakthrough scientists. The Work
- Establish a deep working knowledge of the company’s operations, its people, and its goals
- Assist with the management of daily operational activities.
- Assist Human Capital team to support hiring/on-boarding process
- Assist Marketing Consultants on company public relations strategy
- Assist with entry-level accounting including data entry, accounts receivables, and accounts payables
- Collaborate with and assist Design Engineers on company branding
- Interface with legal team (in house general counsel and external legal consultants)
- Schedule and event management including planning and organizing conferences, events, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field or 3 years of relevant experience
- 1 years of experience in an office setting
- Knowledge of database software, email systems, and Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Solid organizational skills
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
