The Customer Service Representative role within our firm works solely with potential consumers by enlightening them of our client's daily offerings along with new promotional opportunities for the consumer. In this position, you will be handling wireless, internet, and television products and services. The Customer Service Representative generates, tracks, and manages their and their teams’ sales reports to ensure the firm is meeting the goals set by our existing and new clients. Responsibilities:
Maximize customer satisfaction and customer acquisition through daily interactions with interested consumers, educating them on product offerings and conducting follow-ups to ensure that policies are responsive to consumer needs.
