ROLE SUMMARY 

The Director, Marketing will work closely with senior management to build the True Footage company brand and product go-to-market strategies. Your marketing efforts will support business growth externally, support internal communications, as well as help establish our product and service marketing. You will manage the brand across multiple communications platforms and help establish True Footage as an industry thought leader. Ideally you will have a good understanding of consumer behavior, be up-to-date on market trends and continuously monitor competitor activity. You will create marketing strategies for the brand and our cornerstone products and services. You will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, developing go-to-market strategies, crafting communications, and reporting on performance.

ROLE DESCRIPTION 

  • Define and manage the brand communication strategy across a variety of media
  • Define product and service marketing strategies to target audiences
  • Research and analyze audience behavior, market trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement strategies that resonate with the target audiences
  • Build brand awareness and increase brand value
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and internal corporate programs; work with design to craft marketing artifacts
  • Ensure that all messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values
  • Collaborate effectively with different internal teams, including sales, product and design

YOU BRING

  • 5 years of experience developing brand and marketing strategies
  • Experience in the real estate industry and software/consumer technologies is preferred
  • A good understanding of consumer behavior, be up-to-date on market trends and continuously monitor competitor activity
  • Excellent project management, time management and communication skills (writing and verbal)
  • A proven track record of cross-functional partnership and relationship management
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and little direction
