Residential Appraiser Trainee

True Footage is seeking motivated and eager Washington Certified Appraisers and Trainees to join our team. These positions offer potential for professional growth and promotion into Senior and Team-Lead positions.

Two paths of employment are available for this role:

Path 1: Certified appraisers performing property inspection duties in the field utilizing the True Footage property data collection system

Path 2: Certified appraisers preferring the analytical side to complete the reconciliation. Works remote (not in office) - Data entry, software support, analytics

Responsibilities:

• Work in the field or comfort of your own home, depending on role
• Researching subject property and comparables based on online sources including county records & MLS, and various platforms utilized by True Footage
• Work as part of a team
• Communicate effectively within the True Footage team
• Opportunity to mentor or lead teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
