Two paths of employment are available for this role:
Path 1: Certified appraisers performing property inspection duties in the field utilizing the True Footage property data collection system
Path 2: Certified appraisers preferring the analytical side to complete the reconciliation. Works remote (not in office) - Data entry, software support, analytics
Responsibilities:
- Work in the field or comfort of your own home, depending on role
- Researching subject property and comparables based on online sources including county records & MLS, and various platforms utilized by True Footage
- Work as part of a team
- Communicate effectively within the True Footage team
- Opportunity to mentor or lead teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
