We are looking for a skilled and experienced Master Plumber to join our team! True Management is an energy efficiency company that specializes in bringing energy savings to each customer's home. In this role, you will perform diagnostics, service, and installation of plumbing and Heat Pump Water Heaters in a residential environment.

We are looking for a licensed Plumber with a commitment to quality in all the work you do: A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as heat pump water heaters using hand or power tools
• Perform maintenance of water supply systems
• Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems
• Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses
• Complete applicable paperwork and neccessary documentation.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid Plumbing License: MUST have passed the 2 part exam.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to complete a full criminal history background check/drug test
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment
• Ability to work on a team that installs energy efficiency measures
