What You'll Be Doing:

  • Client Dynamo: Act as a superhero via telephone and email, swooping in to resolve client questions and issues with finesse.
  • Meeting Maven: Participate in high-energy client reviews, open enrollments, and benefit meetings, showcasing your communication prowess.
  • Tech Wiz: Become the go-to expert in our proprietary software for claims adjudication, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Strategic Architect: Collaborate on plan parameters with clients, utilizing the Benefit Plan Design and transition process to elevate their experience.
  • Deal Closer: Finalize agreements between True Rx Health Strategist and clients, leaving a lasting impression of professionalism and excellence.
  • Innovator: Work with data vendors and external third parties during the installation of new clients, bringing fresh perspectives to the table.
  • Trailblazer: Play a key role in recruiting new clients, infusing your research skills into compelling presentations.
  • Cost-Savings Maestro: Perform prospective client actual prescription analysis, uncovering potential cost savings like a financial wizard.

What You Bring:

  • Solution Provider: Capable of interfacing with True Rx Health Strategist clients and owners to provide innovative solutions to problems.
  • Tech Trailblazer: Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
  • Organizational Virtuoso: Ability to prioritize and maintain excellent organizational skills, even under stress.
  • Adaptable Dynamo: Need to be adaptable and thrive on different responsibilities given periodically.
