The DealerScience Account Management team is a group of positive, detail-oriented folks. We pride ourselves in working with each dealership individually to customize our program to make dealerships’ sales processes more efficient. Working on the DealerScience Account Management team requires a high level of professionalism over the phone and email. As a startup, there is huge opportunity for growth based on performance.

ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Oversee the inputting, preferencing and operations of APEX for all Honda/Acura dealers in book of business
  • Be the point of contact for a portfolio of customers, acting as an internal advocate and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Respond to customer inquiries using a high level of professionalism over the phone and email
  • Ensure customer success by building relationships, keeping churn below a certain threshold
  • Pursuing upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Partner with our Client Services team to assist with customer onboarding, handle support issues by creating tickets, and be the point of communication between our customers and our support team
  • Conduct product trainings and educational meetings
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in SalesForce
  • Monitor OCR-t emails and execute on appropriate trades
  • DealerScience extra cars - entails facilitating on order trades for dealers that either want to off-load cars or gain extra cars within our DealerScience network and beyond
  • Work with our product and development team to help facilitate customer feedback and offer guidance on our APEX product roadmap and feature requests
  • Assist with escalations and high risk accounts

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • High School Diploma or GED required - Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of sales account management or related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, such as, Salesforce
  • Experience delivering presentations to key decision makers
  • Knowledge of successful training techniques and keep a small audience engaged
  • Up to 80% travel required  with the ability to travel by airplane or car including possible overnight trips to support assigned territory or book of business

NICE TO HAVE:

  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred
  •  Auto industry experience or Digital automotive experience
  •  Advertising sales experience
