About this Role:
Our ideal candidate is an energetic and passionate individual who has experience in social media management and content strategy– with the ability to balance multiple assignments. This position requires strong communication, organization, and time management skills. This role will also be responsible for the end-to-end management of our tradeshow program, as well as general marketing tasks such as promotional item ordering and management, printing, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and execute TrueLook’s social strategy across the full ecosystem of platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
· Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives, including short-form and long-form content, videos, etc.
· Manage all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel and relationships.
· Responsible for end-to-end event/tradeshow execution including budget creation, logistics planning, asset coordination, and pre/post-event reporting. Travel will be required (3-5 domestic shows per year).
· Be an expert on our brand values and brand persona. Collaborates closely with team members across the organization to ensure integration of marketing and communication efforts, on-brand messaging and assets, and successful outcomes in support of the organization’s strategic goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Expertise managing social media programs for a B2B company (or equivalent).
· Demonstrated experience working across major social media platforms. Trained in social media management tools.
· Experience owning a content program, with an editorial mindset that seeks to understand what content audiences consume and how to create it.
· Strong organization and time management skills.
· Ability to work well with technical information and technical subject matter experts.
