About the Opportunity:

The Senior Director of Program & Project Management Office is responsible for strategic, cross-functional programs and projects at TruHearing.

What will you be doing?

  • Develops and communicates short and long range strategic and tactical plans, goals and objectives related to the project management office and ensures integration with other enterprise functions.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely program and program and project governance, project charters, project plans, presentations, meeting notes, meeting project timelines and overall budget management.
  • Ensures successful development of end-to-end quality, stakeholder focused business requirements to ensure successful delivery of projects, programs, and outcomes.
  • Oversees the alignment, vision and roadmap for large, strategic projects and initiatives across TruHearing and its partners, vendors, as well as other companies and brands within the WSA corporate portfolio.
  • Champions opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, growth, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partners with key stakeholders to determine appropriate staffing levels and resource needs, creates and manages department and/or project budgets, allocates resources, and approves expenditures.
  • Fosters an effective work environment prioritizing communication, recognition, and development. Participates in organizational talent management and succession planning.
  • Contributes to the overall vision and solution development as appropriate.

  • Proven business acumen including strong financial/budget management, data analysis and decision making.
  • Ability to create, execute and evaluate short- and long-term strategic and operational plans.
  • Ability to create, analyze, and manage complex data.
  • Produce thoughtful proposals and presentations designed with the appropriate level of detail for the audience.
  • Strong influence, communication, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to resolve issues and build consensus among groups of diverse stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
  • Ability to raise awareness of performance gaps and secure support from leaders across the organization to launch needed improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with executives, directors, managers and lead high performing teams and to organize and support cross functional activities to deliver results in a complex, matrixed organizational structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide oversight and understanding of business process redesign and to drive change to improve business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to apply broad knowledge and innovative problem solving to remove roadblocks, overcome budget or resource constraints.
  • Has adaptive, positive perspective that welcomes and encourages giving and receiving feedback.
  • Experience in working across multiple companies or brands to achieve desired project outcomes.
  • Demonstrates a well-founded understanding of the health care insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated successful track record of creation, planning and execution of complex enterprise-wide strategies and programs.
  • Strong executive presence

What education or experience is required?

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent professional experience) and 10 years of direct experience in increasingly responsible program and project management roles.
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a formal education.

Preferred:

  • PMP certification and background in healthcare strongly preferred.
