Please review the following job description:

Serve as primary focal point for vendor relationship within Recovery as it relates to improving risk, cost, quality, and ease of doing business. Ensure vendor is in compliance with Enterprise Vendor Management Standards and Policies. Drive vendor performance to maximize recoveries through execution on Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Create, streamline and document business unit specific processes, compliance reports and standard operating procedures, as required, to support the Corporate Vendor Management Program.

2. Implement vendor performance management framework - scorecards, improvement plans, etc.

3. Perform ongoing monitoring such as call monitoring, review of Vendor Service Organization Control (SOC) reports and Service Levels Tracking/remediation.

4. Work with the second line of defense to coordinate vendor risk reviews, ensure corresponding risks are being managed and mitigated per second line expectations

5. Develop and effectively execute on vendor contingency and termination/transition plans, and business continuity planning and testing.

6. Initiate and manage contract renewal and execution activities, assist with negotiations and decision making on contracts, Master Agreements, and/or Statements of Work, ensure contract compliance for documented terms and conditions

7. Communicate overall relationship health and vendor performance to Business Unit Manager and Senior Leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. College degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.

2. Five years of experience in business function or relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, vendor management, materials management or equivalent

3. Strong relationship management skills

4. Strong communication skills - written, verbal, presentation - to include all levels of management

5. Negotiation and consulting experience

6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

1. College degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Management and Logistics
