Job Description: As a Temporary Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the accounting processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Process and match 30-40 invoices weekly
- Code and process payments
- Manage AR processes
- Monitor and reconcile cash balances
- Assist in verifying outsourced payroll before submission
- Record payroll data upon return
- Work on GL entries
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Support onboarding processes
- Address employee questions regarding benefits
- Perform other HR-related administrative duties as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
