Our manufacturing client in Delafield is seeking a temporary or temp to hire Accounts Receivable Specialist to add to the team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience and will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is full-time 40 hours per week and onsite Monday through Friday. Please apply for immediate consideration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- AR statements.
- Credit cards orders.
- Past-due follow up.
- Posting daily cash.
- Invoicing.
- Orders from plant.
- Account reconciliations.
- Interface with sales team.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or business related field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable within the manufacturing industry desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
