Our client is a leading organization in West Bend seeking a temp to hire Payroll Clerk to start immediately. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of payroll processing experience in a high-volume environment. This is a full-time Monday through Friday and in-office position. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process high volume payroll with two other payroll clerks.
- Review timesheets and make corrections as needed in the electronic payroll system.
- Field calls and resolve questions from managers and employees as they relate to the processing of payroll.
- Assist with garnishment processing.
- Perform payroll compliance reporting and maintain accurate records.
- Work alongside the accounts payable team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2 years payroll experience for at least 100 employees desired.
- Prior payroll software experience desires.
- Degree in accounting, finance or business administration preferred. High school diploma required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
