Pay range: $90,000-$110,000
Work arrangements: Fully on-site in Skokie, IL
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Oversee the process of customer applications, review financial data, and establish credit limits to support company goals.
- Use your leadership skills to promote "Best Practices" and resolve escalated issues while collaborating across departments.
- Manage conflict resolution with customers and sales reps to ensure smooth operations.
- Drive team success through mentorship, performance feedback, and continuous development initiatives.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in Credit & Collections, with a strong background in business-to-business collections.
- Proven leadership managing a team of 8 employees.
- Expertise in MS Outlook, Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), and experience with credit analysis tools (JD Edwards, DnB).
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for excellent customer service.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities and deadlines.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
