Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Demand Generation & Operations, and working closely with the Senior Events Marketing Manager, the Events Marketing Manager is responsible for partnering with cross functional team members and vendors to execute exceptional in-person and online events including trade shows, conferences, webinars and more, predominantly in North America.


We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented events professional to coordinate and manage logistics, complex deliverables and timelines of numerous events across the globe. The successful candidate has a track record of delivering a comprehensive trade show exhibition experience - from research and planning to on-site execution and post-event ROI measurement.

You'll be working in a dynamic team of talented and collaborative marketers who thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy. The team leverages industry knowledge and insights in order to apply the most impactful B2B marketing strategies and tactics that support the company's mission and business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for strategy and operations of North American event delivery from research and contracting to post-event review, with a focus on creating ROI in net new and expansion pipeline
  • Identify and vet third-party events (in-person and digital) that match target accounts, verticals and Ideal Customer Profiles
  • Support with company-wide communications of event strategy and calendar across all Trulioo teams and offices
  • Elevate event brand experiences to leave a lasting impression on customers, target accounts and stakeholders
  • Own in-person, onsite event execution and operations including trade show presence and booth builds, customer and prospect events, and 1:1 account interactions
  • Oversee internally hosted webinars including administrating webinar software (Demio), and coordination with for driving registration, content creation, and lead handling with cross
  • Accountable for performance analysis pre, during, and post-event to ensure maximum impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Support with internal company event coordination as needed
  • Organize logistics, lodging and travel for team members attending North American events
  • Create workback schedules for trade shows, outlining expectations and deliverables
  • Lead and formalize post-event debriefs and implement insights in future events
  • Negotiate event pricing and contracts, and coordinate accounts payable

You have

  • 3 years of event management experience
  • 2 years of experience in international events
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the B2B sales process and customer journey - accounts-based marketing experience a plus
  • A team-building approach to giving and receiving feedback
  • Ability to prioritize a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • The willingness to travel as needed
