Position Summary: Do you have a knack for organization, an eye for detail, and a hands-on approach to work? As a General Laborer – Pick, Pack, and Production Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of our operations, ensuring that every product meets our high standards and gets where it needs to go on time.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges. Whether you're assembling products, managing inventory, or preparing shipments, your work will have a direct impact on our success and customer satisfaction.

Pick and Pack:

• Accurately pick products from shelves based on customer orders.

• Carefully pack items to ensure they’re safe for shipping.

• Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure items meet company standards before shipping.

Production Support:

• Assist in assembling, sorting, or processing products on the production line.

• Monitor production equipment and report any issues to supervisors.

• Handle raw materials and finished goods with care and efficiency.

• Keep production areas clean, organized, and ready for the next task.

General Labor Tasks:

• Load and unload delivery trucks with incoming and outgoing materials.

• Perform inventory checks and restock shelves as needed.

• Operate basic tools or equipment safely (training provided if needed).

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and production goals.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Treat it as you own it –Take ownership and responsibility to be successful

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Strong cognitive skills, including problem-analyzing

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Show dependability and commitment

• Lift and move items up to 50 pounds

• Regularly bend, lift, stretch, and reach both below the waist and above the head

• Have the personal strength and stamina to walk briskly for most of the day throughout the facility
