ATX Learning is seeking a qualified Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team and contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Position: Behavior Technician (BT)
Location: Denver, CO
Type: Full-time/Part-time
Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide one-on-one therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans. Collect and record data on client behavior during sessions to monitor progress. Collaborate with the treatment team, including BCBA, parents, and other professionals. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and adapt strategies as needed. Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.
