What are the responsibilities and job description for the Classified_Intervention Aide_WCES position at TrulyHired?
Walnut Creek Elementary school currently has one (1) opening for an Intervention Aide. This position will assist special needs students with classroom activities and encourage independence. This position may also be responsible for assisting a student with transportation needs at the beginning and near the end of the workday.
Qualifications for the position include: High school diploma or equivalent, successful background check and valid aide permit (where applicable).
Internal candidates (currently employed by the Olentangy Local School District) must submit an internal online application in Applicant Tracking.
External candidates (substitutes and ESCCO employees) must submit an external online application in Applicant Tracking and complete an online Support Candidate Assessment. Applicants may revisit their online application at any time to make necessary additions or changes.
The online Support Candidate Assessment is sent via a link under separate email cover. On occasion, the email may end up in junk or spam mail. If so, the link will be titled "Do Not Reply" with the subject "Regarding your Olentangy Local Schools application". Keep in mind that the assessment is a timed assessment, so please set aside approximately 45 minutes of uninterrupted time before you begin the process. Once the assessment is started, it must be completed.
