About The Role: The CLC's Part-Time Inclusion Aide is responsible for assisting adult students and classroom teachers in reading and math classes in our Adult Education program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for an Inclusion Aide who has the ability to... Support identified adult student(s) with disabilities in their Adult Education classroom. Work with the classroom teacher(s) and ADA Liaison to meet these students' needs. Perform related duties to support identified student(s) as designated by the classroom teacher(s). Maintain a positive and inclusive environment inside and outside the classroom. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Basic understanding of the needs of students with disabilities Ability to break down a task to help a student learn Good computer skills (email, MS Office suite, Google suite) Excellent organizational and people skills & ability to take initiative The City of Cambridge's workforce, like the community it serves, is diverse.
