Teaching Made Smarter: A Workshop on Clever and the Teacher Toolbox 2. Office 365 Toolkit for Teachers: Unveiling Classroom Possibilities 3. Mastering Infinite Campus: Exploring Infinite Campus for Educators, Gradebook, Attendance and more 4. Introduction to Brockton Public School's Data Hub for Educators 5. Connecting Learners with Microsoft Teams: A Teacher's Guide Location:Virtual Dates/Times:Aug 31 (2-hour workshops throughout the day for a total of 5 workshops) The purpose of the Instructional Technology workshops is to offer all teachers - new and veteran an opportunity to learn about various tech and data platforms that will enhance your role as an educator. Technology is at the heart of 21st century learning - and these workshops are an opportunity to get PAID to learn more about our instructional tech platforms, systems, resources and tools. QUALIFICATIONS: •Broad representation of K-12 educators •Ability to engage virtually for at least 2 hours on Aug 31st (participants can sign up to take all the workshops if they wish, with a limit of 40 people per workshop) •Interest and/or experience in instructional technology - preference for these workshops will go to new teachers and those new to Brockton Public Schools (if more than 20 people sign up for a workshop) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Participate in the workshop (5 will be offered and participants can elect as many as their schedule allows) COMPENSATION:$100 stipend for full participation per workshop Fund Code to be Charged:FY24 TAG Grant Funds Application Deadline: August 25, 2023 The Brockton Public Schools is an Equal Opportunity Employer and, as such, is committed to fostering an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives and backgrounds are celebrated.
