Envision Science Academy, a K-8 Public Charter School in Wake Forest, NC, is seeking passionate and dedicated educators to work in an environment of empowerment with a flexible and teacher driven curriculum.
The middle grades STEAM teacher will provide a differentiated curriculum inclusive of coding and other science, technology, engineering, arts, and math related topics. As a STEAM and Project Based Learning school, our teachers integrate topics across all subjects, so this teacher will be a part of a teaching team aiming to build experiences for students.
This position teaches coding and STEM/STEAM as an elective course to students in grades 6, 7, and 8.
Candidates must have a 4 year degree from an accredited institution as a minimum. A valid NC teaching license is strongly preferred, but not required.
The starting date for this position is as soon as possible.
