The South Lawrence East Elementary School is looking for an exceptional and dedicated paraprofessional to support the classroom teacher in the following: Structure the classroom to establish and maintain an effective learning environment for students with complex language, learning, and cognitive disabilities per student IEPs Implement, and monitor progress of IEP goals and objectives to ensure compliance Support instructional delivery Lead small group activities and instruction Promote a supportive learning and teaching environment that supports the social/emotional well-being of students Assist in collection of data for providing appropriate interventions and recommendations Perform position related duties with professionalism
