Receipts and Disbursement Specialist

Trust Sourcing Solutions, LLC is seeking a Transaction Specialist.  You will be responsible for the processing of cash transactions and providing superior customer service to our clients through effective operational system support.  If you have an eye for detail and thrive in an action packed environment, this is the place for you.  Great opportunity for Bank Tellers or other cash handlers that want to advance their career in financial services.

A day in the life will look like this:

• Entering client wires into our online banking system and processing related transactions and confirmations
• Processing client cash deposit and disbursement transactions and related functional tasks
• Reviewing and updating manual cash management trades
• Reconciling money market funds and resolving out of balances
• Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations and resolving in a timely fashion
• Creating, updating and reviewing of procedures, including ongoing up-keep
• Researching client inquiries regarding cash deposits and disbursements
• Maintaining effective work relationships by handling peer and management interactions in a positive and cooperative manner and keeping manager informed of issues impacting the team

Our ideal candidate is:

• Able to offer exceptional client service by providing analysis, research and resolution to client issues
• Knowledgeable of trust accounting operations and the securities industry
• Educated to a bachelors degree level in business, accounting, finance, computer science or five
• years of relevant experience
• Detail oriented, with accurate data entry skills
• Able to determine appropriate priority levels for tasks and responsibilities based on instructions
• Able to work in high volume situations with time constraints
• Able to effectively communicate with a diverse client base of financial professionals
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays as it may be needed
