**Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Experience: 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required. 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred. Requirements: Candidates must have a Massachusetts license in hand at the time of application. This role will require floating to multiple units Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role. COVID vaccination required to apply. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Ability to start ASAP! This assignment allows expedited credentialing or pending credentials so you can start in under 3 weeks. Once your initial RTO requested is accepted, no further negotiations of terms will occur before your start date. Being ready and willing to quickly be credentialed by our team is a must. 36hr OR 48hr guarantee Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed Traveler schedule accommodations will not be considered for this need Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO requests after upload will not be approved Will float to PCU as needed Vent, ICP Monitoring and Hemodynamic Monitoring Required Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year Required Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color Details: Once your initial RTO request is accepted, no further negotiations of terms will occur. You must be ready and willing to quickly be credentialed by our team, which requires timely responsiveness. Maximum days off: 5 days 1 reference from last 24 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) Proof of identification required Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
