Job Description Summary

The Assistant Director will design and manage professional learning programs for the Center for Professional Learning.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Director will conduct research to better understand the market viability of professional learning programs. The Assistant Director will apply best practices in professional learning to work collaboratively with subject-matter experts to design and manage all aspects of a portfolio of professional learning programs, including online programs, face-to-face programs, and blended programs.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree and 5 years to 7 years of professional learning experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; Master’s Degree is preferred. Deep understanding of research and best practices in professional learning and leadership development required. Previous experience with online professional learning is preferred. Strong presentation skills to internal and external audiences required. Extreme attention to quality of output and detail required. Strength in building and maintaining effective relationships across working groups is required. Proven ability to multi-task in an environment with competing priorities.
