We are pursuing a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Programs Manager to join our Denver based team. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for independently leading and managing our critical Sales & Marketing Programs.
Highlights of your role:
- Creative ideation, management, and execution of our showroom display program for authorized TruStile dealers.
- Planning and executing an extensive Customer Experience and Facility Tour program in conjunction with our office administrative team
- Leading the sales and marketing fulfillment team (2 direct reports) that is responsible for delivering marketing literature, product samples and point-of-purchase (POP) materials to customers, designers, architects and homeowners
- Administering the company’s architect & interior designer continuing education program and coop marketing program.
Requirements
You’re a good fit if you have:
· Good interpersonal skills, this role will have regular direct contact with customers, the sales organization and our vendors
· Top notch organizational skills
· Able to manage multiple areas of responsibility in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with ecommerce content management software platforms
· Ability to work well within a team
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Significant experience managing similar sales & marketing programs
- Experience managing entry level direct reports
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent preferred

The Salary Range for this role is $47,500 to $70,000 depending on experience.
