What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Discovery Attorney position at TrustPoint International, LLC?
Trustpoint.One is looking for an eDiscovery Attorney for our AmLaw client in Philadelphia. This is a full-time, direct hire, and hybrid role so candidates will need to be able to commute to downtown Philly several days a week.
Requirements
· MUST have eDiscovery team lead or project management experience (5 yrs)
· MUST be actively barred and in good standing in Pennsylvania
· Familiarity with various e-Discovery software programs, especially Relativity
· Candidates should have experience advising and supporting case teams and clients on all discovery phases of each matter, from preservation through production, including pre-litigation information governance, post-production deposition/witness preparation, and trial preparation where applicable
· Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
· Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, oral and written communication, technology skills, and attention to detail
· Flexibility to work extended and often unpredictable hours, including weekends and holidays; travel may be required
Key Job Responsibilities
· Candidates will oversee and ensure quality of work and deliverables for associated Discovery Attorneys, Project Attorneys, technologists, and service providers (where applicable) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency
· Conducts legal review and codes documents (including but not limited to electronic files, communications, and video and audio recordings) for relevance, responsiveness, and privilege
· Executes quality control processes of previously reviewed documents, including pre-production QC, and provides feedback as necessary
· Fluency with preservation, filtering, and export capabilities of corporate messaging, collaboration, and productivity solutions
