What are the responsibilities and job description for the Per Diem Investigator position at TruView BSI?
TruView is a investigation and background screening company that is seeking qualified individuals for per diem surveillance and field investigation positions. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, have good problem solving skills and be team oriented. Candidate must be able to work independently, have strong time management skills, flexibility to travel and must have strong communication skills.
Flexible hours are a must, to include: weekday, weekend, and evening hours. Interested candidates must have the following:
· Documented surveillance and investigations experience.
· Experience reviewing assignments and documentation to determine case objectives and client expectations.
· Experience preparing detailed investigative reports.
· A reliable vehicle.
· A valid US Driver's License is required - must be willing and able to drive.
· A cell phone (smartphone); to be in contact with a case manager while on surveillance.
· A digital video camera, with date and time stamp capability.
· Must be eligible to be licensed as a private investigator.
· Personal injury style surveillance is preferred.
· Military background is a bonus.
· Be proficient using Word and other case management systems.
· Ability and willingness to travel as necessary within a multi-county location.
Individuals must present SPECIFIC evidence demonstrating they meet the above qualifications. Individuals will be expected to conduct interviews, take written statements, collect & analyze documentary evidence, prepare detailed written reports, and possibly testify in court or at formal hearings.
