Here at Truvy, one of the most important positions is an Elite Service Representative. An ESR is responsible for assisting the 3 Star and above associates with any tasks or situations they may need help with. It is our duty to help the associates with their monthly rank, host/join team calls, assist with their downline organization, build strong relationships with customers, and much more. Not only do you build great relationships with those you assist, but you also get to attend corporate events around the country to hear the incredible stories they have to tell. Being part of the ESR department is a wonderful opportunity to grow and develop new traits and skills in the Network Marketing world.

Requirements
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming leader/customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Call Center, 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer service, 2 years (Preferred)
- Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Full-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
