TS Tech is a global supplier of automobile seat & interior trim, with operations in 14 countries. Our production is expanding & requires team players to join our TS Tech family at our Canal Winchester location (TS Trim Industries). TS Trim manufactures the door liners & switch panels for the Honda Accord, Acura, Civic & CR-V.
There is an immediate opening on 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 10pm-6:30am) for the position of Information Systems Technician I starting pay $18-$25/hour depending on skill & experience in addition to a $.30 shift differential.

Position summary: Provides primary helpdesk support. Supports network maintenance and security as directed. Tracks and controls MIS resources including hardware, software and peripherals as directed
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networks/protocol, Windows Client and Server, Windows Applications & Citrix
- Knowledge of manufacturing process as it applies to technology (ie. HMI’s, scanners, label printers)
Primary Position Responsibilities:
- Document all support calls into helpdesk problem management system
- Utilize all available resources (previous documentation and software knowledge base) to resolve issues prior to escalation
- Troubleshoot internal existing / custom applications
- Troubleshoot EDI, production control and bar-coding systems
- Support Cisco IP Telephony as directed
- Maintain records that document owned hardware and software assets as directed
- Coordinate the deployment and or relocation of workstations within the organization as directed
- Add/modify user accounts, including printing services, and file access privileges as requested as directed
- Establish new groups and add appropriate members as requested or directed in Active Directory
- Act as liaison to both internal & external customers, suppliers or vendors
- Support and Maintain MES/SCADA shop floor applications
Secondary Position Responsibilities:
- Support expense & capital budgeting and future planning
- Support wireless infrastructure as directed
Essential Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Microsoft operating systems experience
- Essential networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills
Nonessential skills and experience:
- Degree in a computer related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (i.e. SQL, PL/SQL, ASP, VBScript, Visual Basic, .Net, JavaScript and basic html)

Physical demands and work environment:
- Ability to lift computers, bar code printers, etc. weighing approximately 40 lbs
