We are seeking a full time permanent Senior Collaboration Specialist located in Blackburn to provide level three expertise through the lifecycle of M365 solutions from design, implementation, guidance and coaching, administration, and maintenance of the collaboration platform. You will be responsible to ensure The Salvation Army leverages strategic collaboration platforms and realises organisational wide benefits and opportunities, whilst acting as the primary SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive resource providing administration and governance expertise. About the role The primary focus of the role; Provide technical design guidance for Microsoft M365 platform best practice including SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive Manage data classification and labelling across the M365 platform Implement and administer IM process as directed by the DMO. Design, develop and maintain Microsoft M365 SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive environments Develop and update M365 Governance and ongoing site management processes Elevate team knowledge and capability by coaching and mentoring collaboration, ITS and business members on best practice, tips and tricks. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to maintain environment and processes Input into AD and AAD processes and integration Provide level 3 support About You To be successful in this role, you will hold MCSA certification (M365) and have 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a large organisation, with the following highly desirable; Degree in Computer Science or Business Microsoft Azure certification Certifications in cloud computer, security and networking Strong overall M365 Architecture, Governance and Administration experience and knowledge including, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Security & Compliance, Backup/ Recovery, Audit Logging and eDiscovery, Data Governance & Information Lifecycle Management Strong PowerShell scripting and interpreting skills. Strong Active Directory and Azure Active Directory working knowledge Strong Microsoft Azure platform understanding Good Microsoft M365 Licencing understanding Good understanding of Exchange/Exchange Online is desirable.
