TSB is looking for an experienced Personal/Office Assistant to join the team! The ideal candidate will have a positive demeanor, whatever-it-takes attitude to thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere!
Responsibilities INCLUDE:
- Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing phone calls, emails, and appointments
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
- Assist with data entry and clerical tasks as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements and Itineraries
- Assist Office Manager
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong computer skills needed, specifically Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) , Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Payroll Processing
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Experience
