Seeking Party Chief and Chainman

T.S.D. Engineering Inc., a full service Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm with offices in Folsom, CA is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill positions in the field. We are seeking both a Party Chief and a Survey Assistant/Chainman.

T.S.D. Engineering has been serving the Sacramento land development community since 2004, and we are currently expanding our Survey department to accommodate our increasing work load.

We are currently interviewing for two individuals with the following qualifications:

Party Chief:

• You should have a strong desire to further your career in the field of Land Surveying, be a self -starter with a strong work ethic.
• At least three years’ experience in boundary, topographic, and construction surveying, with a goal of becoming licensed.
• You must be familiar with Robotic Field Survey Equipment; we are currently using Trimble S6 Total Stations with TSC3 data collectors.
• Understand civil improvement and building plans, and have a thorough understanding of construction phasing and processes.
• Must be fully computer literate; Word, Excel, basic knowledge of survey data collection software a must. Some ACAD experience, an LSIT or LS would be a plus.

Survey Assistant/Chainman:

1. We are looking for an exceptionally motivated individual, interested in beginning or continuing this career path and seeking rapid professional development and above average income levels. Someone who is willing to apply themselves 100% towards furthering their career goals.

2. A strong math back-ground, or the willingness to return to school to further their education in the field of land surveying, or related disciplines. Computer/ACAD skills also a plus.

3. Willing to train the right individual who brings a great attitude and a desire to pursue an exceptional opportunity for training in a career as a licensed professional.

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
