What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front office assistant position at TSE Group?
Successful Local Real Estate Group seeks Receptionist / Office Assistant.
Possible Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Greet clients and guests
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Manage CEO Calendar
- Assist in travel arrangements
- Prepare Listing Packets, Comparable Market Analyses and other Real Estate Specific Documents as needed
- Pre-populate MLS Drafts
- Assist with mass mailings
- Order For Sale signs up and down
- Prepare property tour sheets and maps
- Maintain client database and client gift orders
Update local area home inventory sheets

- Computer skills - knowledge of word processing, excel, google calendar, and email program (preferred knowledge on Mac computers)
- Transportation - ability to use your own, insured vehicle for work-related tasks
Education / Experience :
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
- 2 years prior experience as an office assistant or receptionist
- Prior experience in the real estate field desirable, but not required
Hours / Location :
- Monday - Friday 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
