Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and collaborative techno-functional Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Architect who will be a member of the Oracle Cloud ERP team involved with the implementation and on-going support of our Oracle Fusion ERP System (Financial Cloud, Project Management, Self-Service Cloud, Procurement and Procurement Self-Service).
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Design and create architecture specifications for Oracle Cloud ERP with specific experience around access and domain, data extracts, data migration, integration with other systems and reporting capabilities
- Identifying business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud Functionality
- Identifying functionality gaps and support the development of solutions/alternatives
- Design and support integrations with non-cloud technologies and third-party vendor products/services (SAAS)
- Continuously manage, monitor, and update architecture models as business needs evolve and additional cloud services become available
- Write configuration documents and functional specifications for RICE objects
- Perform root cause analysis leading to changes in configuration, data issues corrections, process optimization, integration error correction procedures
- Driving best practices for the ERP modules and integrations to be audit and SOX compliant
- Choosing how and when to use the different tools for integrations, reporting, and data conversions
Here is what you’ll need:
- US citizenship
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or other related degree; in lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience with Oracle Cloud Applications
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP endpoints in above listed modules in Oracle Cloud ERP
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Integration Cloud Service
- Understanding of integration/orchestration technologies
- Expert level SQL technical aptitude
- Experience in Oracle BI Publisher and knowledge of bursting technology
- Proficiency in recognizing the application design, configuration/module set up and documentation of functional designs for Oracle Cloud Applications
- Ability to demonstrate thorough analytical skills with demonstrated data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to demonstrate excellent understanding of financial fundamentals, thorough critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ideal candidate will also have:
- 3 Full Life cycle Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementations
- Experience in Oracle PPM Cloud
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Experience in OTBI
