What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Lead/Program Lead position at TSMG?

This individual must be eager to dive deep into processes and have a proven record of delivering process

efficiency results. The preferred candidate will have outstanding project planning skills, problem solving skills,

process and system knowledge, and customer service passion.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop, evaluate, and enhance business tools by performing ongoing trend analysis, detecting inefficiencies, creating impactful project plans, regularly meeting with Partner Operations Leads, consulting with a wider global team and owning project lifecycle for individual/team assignments –including scope, schedule, requirements, etc.
  • Lead daily execution of business solutions by collaborating with key stakeholders, conducting root cause/impact analysis, designing and delivering process solutions, documenting business continuity, and influencing technology solutions through effective business justification
  • Drive Ops effectiveness by aligning with global & partner teams, evaluating resources/responsibilities, identifying risk factors and creating plans with key deliverables.
  • Manage partners on daily basis to meet strict SLA/Metric
  • Regular communication and engagement with senior management, support teams. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive level presentation skills will be key to success.
  • The manager's success will be measured by their ability to drive operational efficiencies across all processing areas whilst improving internal and external customer experience.
  • Keys to success in this role include exceptional leadership, analytical, managerial, interpersonal, and project management skills. This role blends operations, program management and global operation strategy.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in leading an operational organization in a global environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both remotely and face to face.
  • Proven evidence of success in operational management, operational enhancement and operational change.
  • Proven experience of managing and developing two levels of management and their direct reports.
  • Proven coaching and leadership skills including evidence of successful succession planning models.
  • A proven track record of implementing, delivering large projects and communicating effectively at Director Level.
  • Ability to manage partners in multiple countries


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree /Master’s Degree (Math, statistics, Engineering, Science, Business) from an accredited university with 2-5 Years of similar experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Field Experience desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working in Global team environment with multiple time zones.
  • Six Sigma Black belt, PMP or similar certification desirable.
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in stressful situations.
  • Decisive, confident, and experience with influencing others.
