Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical company is hiring a Audit and Risk Operations Coordinator on long term contracting basis.

Position Summary: This position will work in collaboration with the Market Research Compliance and Operations Lead, stakeholder teams, partner vendor agencies, and BI&A colleagues to ensure that internal audits responses, the third party risk process, and confidential third party agreements are performed accurately and with sufficient detail. Specifically, this role will be responsible for:
- Submit Market Research team responses to internal audit inquiries
- Engaging vendor agencies in responding to audit inquiries
- Review proposed audit responses and remediation for sufficiency
- Manage internal vendor onboarding, including Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) process and system, which includes engaging vendor agencies in responding to requests and remediation of identified issues and escalating issues to the Compliance Lead
- Serve as subject matter expert for the third party agreement (TPA) requests and contracts management for target lists
- Manage standards for submission with attention to details and accuracy
- Own document tracking and data governance for requests; maintain schedule of deadlines
- Track and report metrics from audits, TPRM, and TPA processes
- Partner with internal stakeholders in order to provide status updates and manage expectations
- Implement continuous improvement procedures to maintain operational effectiveness; making recommendations to strengthen and streamline the process and controls in place
The Coordinator will provide guidance and support to external vendor partners by helping troubleshoot questions and issues. Continuous monitoring of requests and status will be necessary in order to maintain reasonable deliverable expectations.
Qualifications and Expected Behaviors:
- BA/BS in relevant field of study or equivalent required
- Experience in an audit or compliance support role
- Experience with Quality Management System audits and remediation preferred
- Ability to enforce process and compliance standards
- Strong communication skills in order to engage with teams on complex topics
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, specifically formulas, pivot tables and charts
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in complex situations, gather potential solutions from a variety of sources, and synthesize to develop key recommendations
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and work independently to deliver timely results
- Pharmaceutical industry experience and knowledge of compliance requirements for the industry preferred
- Experience in working across cultures preferred
