TSS is seeking an Instructor, Auto Shop Leader
Conducts platform or hands-on instruction, scenario-based training. Ensure students demonstrate an understanding of the subject matter through hands-on or written evaluations.
Trains unit leaders to perform a risk assessment in accordance with the current Risk Management Doctrine
Guides the conduction and documentation of AARs.
Stages equipment, set up classrooms, and maintenance bays, prior to the arrival of the students
Skills: Platform instruction and course development
Training: Training Development and Maintenance
Certifications: Army Basic Instructors Course
Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in the maintenance field.
