Job DescriptionResponsible for coordination of new student recruitment efforts at assigned location and reports to the local, or regional recruitment lead. This position will require supervision of up to six full time employees at any given time, based on needs by location. Participation in all recruitment efforts, inclusive of over-night travel, all on and off campus events, and partnering with other departments when needed. Also creating annual recruitment calendar, scheduling of team training, ensuring all departmental procedures are followed, and implementing the strategic plan created by the Sales Division of Student Learning.Essential Functions
- Employee will demonstrate TSTC Core values of Excellence, Accountability, Service and Integrity with internal and external stakeholders, customers, students and members of the community.
- Develops, coordinates, and implements recruiting efforts for the assigned TSTC location, along with supporting other locations as needed. Represents TSTC at conventions and/or conferences. Attends high school and/or community or civic recruiting opportunities; table display, presentations, college/career fairs.
- Manages leave time for local recruitment team, and participates in performance based conversations as needed.
- Communicates with Human Resources when onboarding new employees.
- Assists prospective students with the admissions process; application, program options, application requirements, and has a clear understanding of the enrollment processes and services offered to our students.
- Responsible for accuracy of data in the CRM System, running reports, and identifying areas of improvement for the local recruitment team.
- Prepares monthly recruiting reports.
- Works with the regional lead Student Recruitment on any initiatives in place.

Education/Experience/Knowledge/Skills
- Bachelors' Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Two to five years' experience in admissions, recruiting or related work history
- Successful organizational skills. Excellent oral, and written communication skills in order to convey message to groups. Knowledge of admissions application and requirements. Work with a diverse group of potential students.
- This job description covers a position in which the percentage of time spent on the essential functions will vary based on the workload and will ultimately be determined by the supervisor.
